What is The Wellness Concierge?

We provide wellness treatments in the comfort of your own home or holiday home. Our available therapies revolve around physical treatments and include massage, facials, waxing, nail treatments, personal training and yoga.

The treatments are spa-quality and great care is taken in recreating a calming and luxurious environment in the home. Essential oil diffusers, candles and high- end products are all part of the experience.

Our service is bespoke so you can rest assured that any questions or requests will be answered by one of the members of our small and dedicated team. We will always do our utmost to accommodate any requests.

Which areas do you cover?

We offer treatments across North Cornwall. Please email the team if you cannot see your accommodation or postcode mentioned and we can see if we arrange a therapist to come to your location.

How do you choose the therapists you work with?

Our passion is 5 star service and treatments so we have a strict entry requirement. Every new therapist is thoroughly pre-screened and trade tested to ensure that they meet our strict criteria. References and face to face interviews are always carried out.

How do I make a booking?

As we are a tailored service, we ask that you use the form on our website the request a booking. A member of our dedicated team will help with any questions or requests and you will receive a personal email confirmation of your schedule of treatments. We pride ourselves on going above and beyond and responding quickly to our customers so please reach out.

What are your opening hours?

We operate every day of the week and are available from 9am-9pm.


What is your refund and cancellation policy?

Cancellations made with 4-12 hours notice: 50% fee. Cancellations made with 0-4 hours’ notice (including no-shows): 100% fee. You can find information about our full refund and cancellation policy here.

How long does it take to process a refund?

The Wellness Concierge will process your refund within 48 hours from the time of cancellation (during working hours). Depending on your bank, it can then take between 3-5 working days for the refund to be fully processed into your account.
