Please note that we operate a sliding cancellation policy as follows:

Cancellations made with more than 12 hours notice from the start of the treatment(s) incur no charge.

Cancellations made with 4-12 hours notice from the start of the treatment(s) incur a 50% charge.

Cancellations made with 0-4 hours notice from the start of the treatment(s) incur a 100% fee.

Last minute bookings (bookings made within 12 hours of the treatment start time) have 10 minutes from the time the confirmation is received to make a change to the time or date free of charge.

The Wellness Concierge will process your refund within 48 hours from the time of cancellation (within working hours). Depending on your bank the refund can take between 3-5 working days to be deposited into your account.
